Mrs Osborn goes on a spree to the Primrose Hill Fair, Regents Park Road

I went to the Primrose Hill Christmas Fair today, and found these embroidered cushions by Shanti Sundays a company that makes yoga clothes and these cushions which according to the website are 'yoga props'. I'm not exactly sure how they would prop you up, especially since I do Bikram Yoga which is too hot to even think about woollen cushions. But anyway, they are very pretty and could be used for general lounging around on the sofa.

Large cushion £45, small cushion £35, Heart meditation cushion £42

I think the name of this designer is Silvia James, who makes alpaca children's wear. I should have taken a card, but I forgot and when I returned they had gone. Perhaps they had blown away - it was very windy this morning.

Bluebellgray

Forget window-boxes: these cushions by Bluebellgray are so much more chic than those postage stamp sized urban gardens that perch unhappily on your window sill, unloved and unwatered.
Bluebellgray is a Scottish textile design company established by Fiona Douglas. Each design is painted by hand before it is printed onto natural cottons and linens using modern printing technologies which allow the painterly quality of Fiona's designs to be captured.  Designs are produced in a limited number, and numbered and signed on the back - so you are buying a work of art.

As well as cushions, Fiona designs wallhangings and lampshades, and a fabric collection will be available soon.

Ravilious (Kiran) + Ravilious (Eric)

I found these lovely cushions designed by Kiran Ravilious on Etsy - designs are carved out on lino, and then handprinted onto unbleached linen.
Buy from the Inkling Prints Etsy shop, and read more about Kiran's work on her blog.

Kiran's husband Ben is the grandson of Eric Ravilious, an artist, designer and illustrator.
This fabulous lemonade jug by Eric Ravilious can be bought from my new favourite shop - Rennies 'Seaside Modern' in Folkestone. ( cost of this jug? POA, yikes)
